I'm looking at getting a good, portable video camera. Something affordable and reliable. I am not looking for cheap, just a reasonable price. Also, not a digital camera with video capability, a legit video camera. Wanna know what is out there right now. Thanks!

I need a good quality camera that has:

1. HD video
2. Up to a 2 hour battery
3. Is small and portable
4. Under $200

The reason is i made a youtube channel and i need a video camera for it so if you can help me it would be great.
And is water proof.
