No, PC is unlimited worlds and Xbox limited. Not the same plateform!

The video on my xbox 360 went out and I'm planning on getting a new one. Can I also buy a portable hard drive to transfer the contents on my old xbox to my new one? Like all my downloaded material and songs and such? Thanks!
