i just want to do full back up for 4 pcs at my home, but i want to back up my pc without losing anything , and fast( decent speed of data transfer) . please tell me the name and the website to buy.also i want it to last long too : )

If you are referring to the connections inside the hard drive enclosure, then they can either be trivial which contains components that power the drive and convert data into a format usable by their external connectors, say USB, Firewire, or Serial ATA or it can get complicated which require a separate embedded system to retransmit data over a nonstandard connector.
