Best portable external hard drive 1Tb?

Does anyone know which is best portable external hard drive {1Tb} ? Any personal experience appreciated

I currently have a usb 2.0 mac only. but will be upgrading soon too a RMBP. So I was woondering if anyone is aware of any external hard drives that support Thunderbolt, USB 3.0 and 2.0??? Preferable if it was greater than 500gbs and not too expensive.

I only know of two Seagate does some great hard drives that can be easily converted to USB 2/3 and Thunderbolt through their GoFlex Technology and Lacie makes some really nice Thunderbolt and USB 3 HDDs.
