I have a budget for roughly 100 dollars. I want buy a external hard drive just for storing pictures, documents, etc. But I don't want to lose any of data. I have heard the higher end hard drives ( 500 GB plus) have a high rate of failing. Can you recommend one that has a reputation of lasting for long time. Thank you.

that has a large capacity, and a 3 year warranty so i would recommend it
