Is it possible to save a xbox 360 game on a portable hard drive?

Any one know if there are any kind of mods to do such a thing?

personally I hate the idea of having to buy another xbox 360 harddrive, I just wish the 360 was like the ps3 where you can change the harddrive on that.

on all Xboxs usb flashdrives that have atleast 1gb of memory can be used as a hard drive along with external harddrives for computers, sometimes if the drive has a large amount of memory the xbox will only access a portin of it, for instance i use a 320gb external hard drive but the xbox will only use 16gb of it
