I have music on my portable hard drive and I want to put it on iTunes so that I can put it on my iPod. How do I do that?

Copy the music from the hard drive and paste it into a folder. Then, simply drag the music from the new folder.

Can you put word documents, keynote presentations, photoshop documents, and basically any other file on your ipod? I wouldn't mind if the documents aren't viewable, as long as they're transferable. It'd be cool to have an extra portable hard drive that could also play music.
