Which external hard disk to go for?

i am searching for external hard disk and came across two external har disks:
Seagate STBX1000201 1TB Expansion USB 3.0 Portable 2.5 Inch External Hard Drive -
and
Seagate STBU1000201 1TB Backup Plus USB 3.0 2.5 Inch Portable Hard Drive

1st one is Bus powered ( i dont know what is its meaning)
but both hard disks seems similar to me.

Please guid which one to go for?

You should be good with the first one because it is cheaper and the second one only has a few more features including a Thunderbolt drive that only works on Macs and special PC's. So you should go with the cheaper one. Hope this helps.
