Wow on a portable hard drive. How do i install it on my computers registry?

Ok so i recently got wow off from a friend on a portable hard drive. When i just copy/pasted wow onto my own computer i noticed that Wow did not show up on Start>Programs and so im asking is there anyway to get it on there?

Yes it will not appear at Start>Program coz you did not install it you just copy it. What I recommend is download and install it for future use. Just retain the patch file so you donât install the whole thin.. Coz in near future, if the patch start an error will pop out. So better install it..

How do I get a usb portable hard drive to work?

I bought a verbatim usb Portable Hard Drive to store information on from my old pc with windows XP to my new pc with windows 7. I can not get the usb hard drive to show up on either pc. It shows a blue light on but otherwise it won't do anything.

a few possibilities:

A) it only has a usb cord, and it needs more power. Try a usb port on the back of the computer.

C) it's dead.
