Im looking to move my movies on my laptop to an external hard drive because they take up to much space. I have a combination of mp4 and avi files and im wondering which external hard drive to buy. Im looking for a portable one, I have 200 plus movies so im wondering which hard drive is best to buy and for the best value. Thanks for the help

they are all great if you get one over 1 terabyte(1024GB) and format the drive as an exFAT file system that way it would keep the drive working extremely fast and less fragmented!

I bought a black Wii that already had an SD card in it and has been modded. I am wondering what the best brand and size external hard drive to buy?

I use a 2TB Western Digital My Book USB 2.0,
I've set up other My Books, 500GB & 1TB, for friends.
If you run the latest d2x cios versions (v8 final or v9 beta) they can support larger than 2TB. (Think support started in v6 but other things fixed in later versions)

Has a list of drives/enclosures that have been tested. WD and Seagate seem most popular for the larger drives. I use a couple of San Disk Cruzers for a single/couple of games, comes in handy for portability so I don't have to carry another power supply.
