if this is better?

The concern I have for the Asus one, is that many review are saying the keyboard is flimsy, and I looked on youtube and there were videos on it. I will be typing a lot for gaming & college.

I have heard that ibuypower laptops don't last long, is that true as well?
Also suggestions for better laptops at a nice price will be appreciated greatly! :)

Answer
I just got a new dell xps and it is great, you should look at the dell xps l502x its got:

2nd generation Intel Core i7-2630QM processor 2.00 GHz with Turbo Boost
2.0 up to 2.90 GHz

15.6" FHD B+RGLED True-Life (1920x1080) with 2.0 Mega Pixel Integrated Camera 720p HD video

6144MB (1x2048 + 1x4096) 1333MHz DDR3 Dual Channel

Hard Drive : 750GB Serial ATA (7200RPM)

8x DVD+/-RW Optical Drive

Primary 9-cell 90W/HR LI-ION (I get about 6h just browsing and stuff but 6 cell you would get about 4h and you comp would look nicer as in not off the desk but for gaming being off the desk is an advantage)

2GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M Graphics card

Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1000

2x USB 3.0, 1x USB/CHARGING 2.0

1x hdmi 1.4 FOR 3D

1x Microphone Jack and 2x Headphone jack Audio ports (yes 2 ports for 2 ppl 2 listen)

1x Gigabit LAN

Internal Backlit UK/Irish Qwerty Keyboard

English Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium (64 BIT)

McAfee SecurityCenter 15 Month Subscription

4Yr In-Home Warranty Support, including evenings and Saturdays

1 year of Collect & Return 10 day coverage included with your PC

It cost me £1050 or $1700, I was looking at hp's and stuff and they where like £1800 way way more expensive

I suggest that you give dell a call, on the phone they give you discounts and stuff if you ask. I also must state the jbl speakers and subwoofer are a dream for when playing games and stuff and the screen is awsome (the bightness is best set to 50% hurts your eyes it really is bright). Oh and its made from alliminium which looks brill but is fantastic because its not a fingerprint magnet.

Oh and I can run call of duty bo at high settings, batman aa at very high settings, command and conquer 4 at very high. Most games can run a max settings some you have to turn off say one feature from max to very high then the game is smooth. Its a really good laptop XD. Also dont forget this is at 1080p not 720p which most new laptops have nowdays.

The touchpad is also massive and very nice to use and has seperate right and left click buttons (i know some dont) which are nice to use.

Also the laptop is portable, i use it for taking to uni and things.

Answer
I'd go with the cheapest one, unless having the larger screen is really important to you. I have a larger pro laptop and it's heavy. Spending $1000 more for a screen that is only a bit larger seems too costly. As the the difference in hard drive size, you can buy a portable terabyte external drive for about $100 and can use it for backups or extra storage as needed.
