My parents recently bought an HP Portable Hard Drive from good old Costco and forgot the password. We have called best buy the source and who knows who else and they say "There is nothing we can do". This thing cost $120.00 I hope there is something or someone that could help us get access to it again. Thanks

lol if its encrypted (it is) then the ONLY thing that can get into it is the password. you can format it and lose everything on it, but unless you remember the password, your stuff is gone.
