I moved my music to a external hard drive, now Itunes cannot locate it.?

I ran out of space on my computer, so moved a lot of my documents from my computer to my new expandable hard drive. I moved my music to this hard drive. So now when I open Itunes, itunes says it cannot find my file, and asks me if I would like to locate it. I know where to locate all of them, but how would I locate them all at once, instead of going one by one?

I can't get two different computers to open the drive. Can I take it to Computer Geeks at Best Buy? Can files possibility be restored the way they do with a computer? The thought that most of my pictures of my children will be gone has me sick to my stomach!
I'm not very good with computers and do know a small repair shop as some one suggested. Should I trust Best Buy/ Staples computer guys? Or can someone suggest the type of small repair shop to take the usb external hard-drive?

Whats the drive doing or not doing are you getting any life out of it, do not worry chances are you will get your pics back. Often with externals it is the interface that fails, it is relatively easy to remove the drive you can then plug it directly into pc or a usb adapter. If the drive is corrupted but still showing if you quick format it and then use a data recovery program i use Easeus myself but its not free plenty of free ones out there

I would no way take to a big store they have a tendency to lose things, try it yourself first or use a small repair shop
